This hotel had a cozy room perfect for a weekend getaway, although the small, outdated bathrooms were a downside. The service was special, especially when it came to pet amenities and information. The location was ideal for accessing downtown amenities and the ski bus. The dining experience was underwhelming with limited options, and the lack of a proper sitting area for breakfast was a letdown.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, but they were on the smaller side with extremely small outdated bathrooms. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and accommodating, even donating to a local charity. The location was great, walkable to the center of town with some noise issues. The dining options were limited to coffee and pastries, and facilities were average.
The hotel is centrally located to shops and restaurants, but the lack of air conditioning at such an expensive rate is a downside. The rooms are beautifully decorated to match the lobby and mercantile feel.
